Place one tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve fully — no water needed, and don't chew or swallow it whole. Take it about 15–30 minutes before sexual activity, or exactly as directed by your clinician. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period, and do not combine it with other ED medications.
