Two things worth knowing first
- You're not charged today. Checkout shows "Total if prescribed." Nothing is charged when you complete your intake — you're only billed after a licensed clinician reviews it and prescribes. If you're not prescribed, you're not charged.
- The price is all-inclusive. It covers your medication, your clinician's care and ongoing medical support, and expedited shipping. No membership fee, no consultation fee, no hidden fees. Sales tax is calculated separately.
How your price is set
Every treatment is a subscription. The plan you choose sets your ongoing cost, and longer plans lower it. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. 503A pharmacies, which is why their pricing differs from retail brand-name drugs.

Weight loss (GLP-1)
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual plans. The ongoing monthly rate is fixed ($199 semaglutide, $299 tirzepatide); choosing a longer plan earns a bigger one-time discount on your first billing, then renews at the standard price. See the weight-loss pricing article for the full breakdown.

Monthly and Quarterly plans; the Quarterly plan saves about 20%.
Women's hormonal balance
Monthly and Quarterly plans; the Quarterly plan saves 20% (Progesterone saves 40%).

Skin
Monthly, with 20% off on a quarterly plan.
